These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyFit mobile application ("EasyFit" or the "Application"), operated by The EasyFit Clinics ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using EasyFit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Eligibility

EasyFit is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. About EasyFit

EasyFit is a wellness and fitness application designed to encourage healthy lifestyle habits through:

• Step tracking
• Walking activity monitoring
• Habit-building features
• Goal-based fitness progression
• Activity reports and analytics
• Subscription-based wellness services

EasyFit is intended solely for general health and wellness purposes.

3. Medical Disclaimer

EasyFit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The information provided through the Application, including step counts, calorie estimates, activity recommendations, and progress reports, is intended for informational and wellness purposes only.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before beginning or modifying any exercise program, particularly if they have existing health conditions or concerns.

The EasyFit Clinics shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, or health complications arising from the use of the Application.

4. User Registration

To access certain features of EasyFit, users may be required to:

• Create an account
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

Users agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Protecting your password
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

6. Membership and Subscription Access

EasyFit currently operates under an administratively managed membership model.

Trial Access

Eligible users may receive a complimentary trial period as determined by the Company.

Manual Subscription Process

Where applicable:

1. Users may submit membership requests.
2. Payments may be made through approved channels communicated by the Company.
3. Payment confirmation may be requested.
4. Membership activation remains subject to administrative approval.

The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate memberships at its discretion.

7. Future Payment Integrations

EasyFit may introduce integrated payment options in future versions of the Application.

Additional terms relating to subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and cancellations may apply upon implementation of such services.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the Application for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Application
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Reverse engineer or modify the Application
• Submit false information during registration

Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Fitness Progression Features

EasyFit utilizes structured wellness phases and automated progression systems to encourage healthy habits.

These features are intended for motivational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical recommendations.

Users should exercise personal judgment and seek professional advice when necessary.

10. Accuracy of Activity Data

EasyFit uses device sensors and algorithms to estimate:

• Step counts
• Distance travelled
• Calories burned
• Activity achievements

While reasonable efforts are made to improve accuracy, such information may vary depending on device capabilities and user circumstances.

The Company does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of activity measurements.

11. User Content and Reports

Users retain ownership of information they provide through the Application.

By using EasyFit, users acknowledge that reports generated by the Application are intended for personal informational purposes only.

Users are solely responsible for how they choose to share their reports with third parties.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in EasyFit, including but not limited to:

• Software
• Branding
• Logos
• Designs
• Features
• Content

remain the exclusive property of The EasyFit Clinics.

No portion of the Application may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written permission.

13. Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activities are suspected
• Membership requirements are not satisfied
• Continued access is considered harmful to the Application or its users

Termination may occur without prior notice where legally permissible.

14. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the Application or by contacting support.

Upon successful deletion:

• User profile information will be permanently removed
• Walking history will be permanently deleted
• Associated reports and activity records will be erased

Deleted information cannot be recovered.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The EasyFit Clinics shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Health-related outcomes arising from reliance on wellness information provided through the Application

Use of EasyFit is at the user's own discretion and risk.

16. Changes to the Terms

The Company may revise these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be published within the Application or through other appropriate communication channels.

Continued use of EasyFit following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Palghar, Maharashtra, India.
