EasyFit is a wellness and fitness application designed to help users build healthy habits through step tracking, walking activity monitoring, goal-based fitness progression, habit tracking, activity analytics and subscription-based membership services.

We may collect account information such as full name, email address, mobile number, login credentials and membership information.

We may also collect activity information such as step count data, walking activity data, daily progress information, goal achievement information, activity history and fitness phase progress.

The application may automatically collect limited device information such as device type, operating system version, application version, diagnostic information and crash reports.

3. Permissions Used by EasyFit

EasyFit may request physical activity permission to track walking activity, count steps and monitor fitness progress.

EasyFit may request notification permission to display step count updates, progress notifications and important announcements.

EasyFit may request background activity permission to continue tracking steps while the application is not actively open.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to create and manage user accounts, provide walking and activity tracking services, monitor goal progression, generate activity reports, improve application functionality, deliver notifications, provide customer support and ensure platform security.

5. Offline Data Storage & Synchronization

EasyFit supports offline activity tracking. When internet connectivity is unavailable, activity data may be temporarily stored on your device. Once connectivity is restored, the application automatically synchronizes the data with our servers.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade user personal information. Information may only be shared with trusted service providers, when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users, the Company or the public.

7. User Reports & Sharing Features

EasyFit allows users to voluntarily share activity reports through WhatsApp, email or other supported sharing applications. Users are solely responsible for deciding with whom they share their reports.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including secure authentication, password protection, access controls, data encryption practices and restricted administrative access.

9. Data Retention

We retain user information only for as long as necessary to provide application services, maintain user accounts, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

10. Account Deletion & Data Removal

Users may request deletion of their EasyFit account at any time. Upon successful account deletion, user profile information, walking activity history, reports and activity records will be permanently deleted. Deleted information cannot be recovered.

EasyFit is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

EasyFit is intended to support general wellness activities. The Application is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose medical conditions and does not replace professional healthcare services.

13. Third-Party Services

The Application may utilize third-party services for notifications, analytics, cloud infrastructure and application performance monitoring. These providers may process information solely for the purpose of delivering their services.

14. International Data Transfers

Where necessary, information may be processed and stored using service providers located in different jurisdictions. By using EasyFit, users consent to such processing where legally permitted.
